Auntie’s Embroidery & Sewing
~The Foundation for Lymphedema Lives with ME! ~
is a home base operation that is settled in the heart of North Charleston, SC and is in the vicinity of the Charleston International Airport, Air Force Base and Boeing. Its mission is to dream, create and inspire in designing a quality product to serve the health care system for safety and to protect those who are in need of healing.
Through the threaded skills of the 2 Melco EMT 16X Embroidery and a Juki sewing machine, saddle tote bags for the electric wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, seat and arm covers are a product that will give the individual more freedom in their mobility.
Since 2010, I have been a vendor in the farmers market in the tri country area of Charleston, SC in the areas of North Charleston,
James Island, Daniel Island, Moncks Corner, Summerville, and Walterboro.
During the Covid 19 Pandemic, 2,700 face masks was produced.
A special thank you! to my elementary, high school classmate and lifetime friend Rosie Loftis and her husband Mike, who served as regional manager for AeroCare in sewing their company face masks.

A very special thank you! to Mr. Bobby Herbert (Owner), my high school classmates and lifetime friends, Allen & Barbara (Herbert) Hinton, for being the ground support in displaying the saddle tote bags in their showroom, located at

Designer embroidery saddle tote bags for the electric scooters,
giving the individual more freedom in their shopping and mobility.
Richard Keuene and I are both graduates of North Charleston High School, SC. During those years, he was an active baseball and drum player. After graduation, he developed Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia in his legs, which left him in a wheelchair, but his winning spirit has kept him with an active life in marriage to his wife Sarah, playing the drums, and enjoying family and friends. He is also the inspiration in the development of the saddle tote bags for the electric and manual wheelchairs, scooters and walkers, which the patterns are copies from his electric wheelchair.
During my employment with Walmart at the Centre Pointe location in North Charleston, I served in the position of Dry Goods Grocery Associate, which I observed customers who are in wheelchairs attempting to push a grocery cart and I thought, that is a safety issue and for those who have grocery bags hanging from their wheelchairs, it must be challenging to manage all of those bags.
With the saddle bags on his chair giving him more freedom in his shopping and mobility and with Sarah at his side, he will forever
rock n roll to the beat of his own drum.

~There is no cure, however, it is treatable~
My journey and success with this condition, stems back to my attitude towards faith, leadership, a daily practice of Chinese herbal medicines.
